My firm specializes in Homicide Investigations involving firearms. I routinely perform Crime Scene Investigations and reconstructions as well as Industrial and Automotive accident reconstruction. I have a forensic laboratory and a weapons testing facility capable of meeting the most demanding case requirements.

I analyze existing crime scene and laboratory reports to detect errors of omission that may provide information from which a scientific defense can be built. A labs failure to perform a complete analysis of all evidence can overide an unfavorable laboratory report and influence the evidence in favor of your client.

I entered law enforcement in 1955 and have been a practicing criminalist since 1961. After police retirement in 1977, I provided the private sector with criminalistic and investigative services throughout the State of California. During the past 40 years I have testified as an expert in the United States District, Superior and Municipal Courts and in military Special and General Courts Martials.

My firm conducts facility security surveys to protect personnel, inventory and structures from unauthorized entry and theft. An employer in today's uncertain times must ensure that the appropriate physical and security measures are taken to minimize the loss of your supplies, equipment and proprietary data and enhance employee safety. My firm will address these areas, render a detailed report and recommend the procedures and changes that will strengthen your security posture.

Television and motion pictures too often feature special warfare units which are incorrectly equipped, incorrectly deployed and improperly attired. Eighteen of my 30 years of active and reserve duty were in Army Special Forces (SF) better known as the Green Berets. I know from hands-on experience the correct uniforms, equipment and tactics that are employed during airborne, waterborne or land insertions. I am uniquely qualified to advise and assist Special Effects Teams, Producers and Directors. Low-cost realism is achievable with the correct guidance and advice.
